FolioPlus+ Option 2 is our most popular property management service and we recommend this to you if you are a new landlord, as it comprehensively covers all of your requirements to give you peace of mind.

Well take care of the property and your tenants, and support you with educational seminars and social events too. The fee is the same as for FolioPlus+ Option 1 (297 for sourcing the tenant) plus 12% of your normal monthly rental income, paid monthly.
