Rhett Lewis
Established in 2005, Rhett Lewis Property Investments helps individuals invest in property and grow their portfolios successfully and profitably. This is achieved through three separate divisions. Profit Generator, Insider Knowledge and Folio+. Over the past few years, Rhett Lewis has created a hugely successful property buying company based in Nottingham, UK. Solutions for Property was established just over three years ago with the vision to solve peoples housing problems. During this time, Rhett has assisted over 200 families to move on with their lives where other property investors could not help. Within this short space of time, Rhett is regarded as the UKs Premier Property Problem-solver with his out of the box strategies.
He is also the Founder of Rhett Lewis Property Investments, which attracts property investors from all around the world including Australia, USA, Ireland and across Europe. He is occasionally asked for his opinion as an expert commentator, speaks at Property conferences/workshops and is an author of the highly successful book, How to avoid the 77 Biggest Mistakes made by Property Investors.
Recently inspired by the thousands of emails and responses to his problem-solving attitude, Rhett has created educational products and services that are proving hugely popular. He also devotes his time as a director to the Rent Back Charter Association.
Rhett was born in Melbourne, Australia and grew up in a town called Sunbury. He is the eldest of four siblings, a sister and two brothers, and puts his success down to his good upbringing. He never went without, but he always yearned for more. I wanted to do the best I could, knowing that one day I was going to be a multi-millionaire.
It was during these days that the first dreams of being a property developer were born, as he recognised opportunities of building, renovating and essentially improving his environment. He purchased his first property when he was only 18 years of age.
He was offered the opportunity to move to the UK to coach football, where he spent 6 years throughout the UK working in a career he had always dreamed of. The career change occurred when his little nephew was diagnosed with a life threatening illness and reality hit Rhett between the eyes.
He decided to chase his other life goals and property investing became the vehicle to support him financially. Within three years of working full time in property, Rhett had purchased over 120 cash flow positive properties with a portfolio value of over 12 million pounds.
Rhett remains very grounded; ever-inspired by those people who have achieved against the odds. Still in his early thirties, he lives in Nottingham, actively involved in the companies he has created and close to friends and contacts within the business.
